Ash wednessday... To we Christians...its a day we remember dat all we are,all we have,all aspirations etc re nothing but VANITY. A day dat marks d beginning of the sufferings of our Lord Jesus Christ. As followers of Christ,its not about what Christians call it...its all about what YOU call it. Its all about PERSONAL prospects.. .. The BIG QUESTION IS... WHAT EXACTLY IS EXPECTED OF US AS CHRISTIANS??? Many people believe dat since our Lord Jesus died for our sins...we re FREE. Yes! we re free but bounded in so many ways. .. Yes,we re free but WE ourselves create problems for ourselves.Yes we are free but due to d attachments of d worldly possession...we create HUGE problems dat we should ve left if we truly say dat we re sons of GOD. NOW! I believe dat this PERIOD is a time of reflection... Reflection on the kind of life u live...the things you do (both rightly nd wrongly), your aspiration...den YOU evaluate urself nd knw HOW,WHERE,WHEN,WHY,TO WHOM,WITH WHOM,FROM WHOM BY WHOM,REASONS FOR...ETC dat made you perform all your actions? This period is a time of not only reflection,but RECONCILIATION,a time we know where we got it wrong and try as much as possible to deviate from d wrongdoings and focus on the right ones... Remember...BE PERFECT AS YOU HEAVENLY FATHER IS PERFECT. We should try as much as possible to detach ourselves form the worldly inclinations...wat you drive SO much joy in... try as much as pissible to deny urself doz things,bearing in mind dat after our sourjourn here on earth,all doz things re nothing but VANITIES!!! PLEASE SHARE WIT YOUR FRIENDS...LET US REFLECT ON THIS.
