Ashley shares: Hello. Anyone have any pointers for potty training a very stubborn 3 year old that is on the spectrum? He will sit on the toilet, but refuses to actually go. Some people have told me to wait it out but at same time he will be 4 in August and is getting a little too big for diapers, and especially since I send him to school. He will put underwear on but after 5 minute is urinating in them. I have even created visual cards with pictures of kids using the potty, not very successful thus far- Any help or pointers you have that worked for you are greatly appreciated!
