Aside from whether it was Oracle or SQL database were the laptops going to last from 5.30 a.m. to about 7.00 p.m. in the night even with the two batteries? The standard laptop batt lasts 4 hours....Number 2 they split the 10 M voter data as per polling station and loaded on SD cards per polling station. How was the finger print data to reconcile with that on the SD card? How effective was the biometric kit? Number 3 the system was to scale to the county tallying centre then constituency tallying centre then national tallying centre.... How was the system to poll valid votes vs spoilt against the tally for all candidates from the biometric data and yet ballot papers were to be counted manually and results only relayed via mobile phones as opposed to the computer system itself? What if the clerks ticked some papers and crossed the names regardless of whether voters turned in or not?
