Aside the falsity of the statements, the point is, a legal fiction is a presumption made by a court, or government, based on the lack of evidence to prove something otherwise. EG, if you go into court declaring that you are not under some aspect of private law (the law of persons) and do not have the evidence to the contrary, they will take silent notice that they have control over you personally (personam jurisdiction). Aside that, see the Duck Rule that makes all philosophical blathering irrelevant. This image is just another example of the half truths / disinformation that plagues to movement. Things must be done right or people will never win and we will get nowhere. With that, we all look foolish and people get frustrated and give up. You cannot stick a wrong key in a lock and expect it to open the door. And, adding more amendments to fix a system that was meant to be broken is not the answer, i.e., it is doing exactly what it is supposed to do (see, The Tainted Sandwich... pacalliance.us/tainted). America will not be fixed until Americans fix themselves.
