Ask and you shall receive... I mentioned to the docs that I would like to take Brenna home. I thought she might heal more quickly if we could get her back on a schedule and let her sleep in her own bed without constant interruption. Her blood work is still off, she still has hives, rash, and really high blood pressure but they ruled out all of the really bad stuff. Her heart is not the cause and actually seems to be handling her illness well. She just needs comfort care at this point. The docs did contact her cardiologist in syracuse and discussed Brennas condition at length. He wants to see her for follow up to address her B/P and agreed that she was stable enough for discharge at this point. She is still pretty sick but I think she will thrive here at home :-) Bless her little heart... She is so strong.
