Ask any Christian if they want eternal life, and theyll undoubtedly tell you they do. The promise of heaven and eternity spent with our Savior is the greatest hope well ever have in this world. However, were often quick to forget what Jesus said about eternal life in John 17:3 - this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. We can have a slice of that eternal life here on earth if we strive with all of our hearts to know God and His Son... but were distracted. We lead busy lives, and theres always something to pull us away from getting to know God through His Word and His commands. So, we must weigh the question again, this time taking into consideration all of the cares of this world - do you truly want eternal life? Your choices today will answer that question for you. - Jack
