Asked workers to aggressively pursue PDP’s agenda Omar Govt’s credibility reached to its lowest ebb: Madni MAHORE, (REASI) 07 JUNE: Lambasting Omar Abdullah led coalition regime for prevailing chaos and uncertainty in State, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and senior leader of PDP Mohammad Sartaj Madni today said that credibility of coalition regime has reached to its lowest ebb due to mis-governance and mal-administration. Addressing one day convention of party workers at Mahore today, Mr Madni said that this regime has become non performing liability on the people because since its formation this dispensation has been befooling the people through its deceptive tactics. He observed that nearly four and half year performance of this regime was big zero and all promises of this government remained only on papers. “Legalizing corruption and bartering aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir are only noticeable achievements of this regime”, he said and added this government has exposed before the masses and there was no taker of the hallow slogans of this dispensation. He regretted that instead of addressing basic problems of the people, this government has been indulged into cheap gimmicks to hoodwink the people. Pointing towards rampant corruption in the State, he said that instead of taking some effective steps to control corruption in the administration this regime has legalized the corruption through its actions. “Institutions meant for curbing corruption have been deliberately being made defunct by this regime”, he said and added that during the last four and half year this regime has only legalized corruption through its misdeeds and actions. While listing the promises made by the ruling National Conference with the people during the last Assembly elections, he said that NC led government has reneged on almost all the promises and commitments. PDP leader lambasted the State Government for its failure to solve day today problems of the common masses. He said that miseries of the people have been increased manifold after formation of this regime which was formed with out any programme and policy. While pointing towards mounting problems of the common masses, he said that government has even failed to provide ration to the people. Mr Madni also reminded the people about various developmental projects which were started during the regime of Mufti Mohamamd Sayeed especially in Mahore belt. Sarwar Mir, Mohamamd Isreal and others also spoke on the occasion.
