Asking for thoughts and prayers for a woman I know.. She just recovered from a broken neck and now has a broken wrist that may require surgery.. lacerations to the back of her head.. hip, shoulder, elbow bruising.. have to wait for the xrays to be reread before well know if its just bruised or worse.. And though I rarely ask for anything for myself... My lungs are really kicking the crap outta me this season.. Sure could use a few vibes for myself so I can find the energy, strength and ability to be there for everyone who needs me right now and do what I gotta do...
