Asking someone to pay your no show fee is really a learning process. Take it slowly. The key is telling them up front that you have one. Just because you have it written on your website and intake does not mean that they are aware of it. You can start with a low fee like $15 or so and work you way up to charging the full fee. There is no reason why you should not charge the full fee if someone misses their time. Your time is valuable. You could have had another client in that time. You are worth it!
