Just to share: I am currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join my client team based in Shah Alam for our Regional Sales office. Following are details: Position: Customer Service Representative Salary range - Basic from RM3500 - RM4000 Working hour - Monday - Friday/ 8.30am - 5.30pm (must be able to work at odd hours sometimes (from home) Handphone and laptop will be provided. Anyone with customer sales support experience are welcome to apply! Position Start: February 2015 Responsibilities & Main Functions: • Customer service, provide efficient day to day support for regional customers. • Working closely with customer’s purchasing team and client’s internal team at various locations globally. • Purchase Order Administration and Management through AX system (MRP system). • Delivery and Logistics Support • Documentation support • Assist Sales Engineers in day to day activities • Office administration work Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher. • Required skill(s): MS Office is essential. Any MRP/ERP order management systems is a plus. • Required language(s): Excellent communication in English(written and verbal) is essential. • Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role. • Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. • Experience and understanding of working in a diverse working environment. • Candidate must be pleasant, friendly and of an outgoing nature Interested?
