Assalamu Aalaikum, spend some quality time with your spouse & children. it creates a healthy relationship & contributes towards a sound upbringing.. If you have no time for your spouse, why did you get married? If you have no time for your children, why did you have them? Make time for them lest you lose them.. Spending time as a family is a wise investment. Children in families that participate in religious activities together are more likely to report having parents who show affection, and those with involved parents tend to fare better in school and are less likely to engage in risky behaviors. Children are innocent souls they do what they see and absorb its now duty of parents to spend quality time with them and make sure they are always connected to them so the upbringing will be just perfect.
