Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh I am sure you are all aware of the dire situation which is ongoing in Syria. In Shaa Allah there will be convoy departing from Lodnon to Syria in December through Human Aid. A close brother of mine has taken it upon himself to raise the money for an ambulance & physically deliver it to the brothers & sisters of Syria at the border. The brothers target is to raise £10,000. The convoy will consist of many rapid response ambulances, frontline ambulance & a fire engine. You are also probably aware that scholars have made it halal for our brothers & sisters to survive on cat meat in Syria. This is what it has come down to, while we have our fridges and freezers packed full of food. they are cooking cat meat. Majority of the deaths in Syria are happening because they cannot stop the bleeding of the wounds that people have. In shaa allah the ambulance & the medicine will help us stop this from happening. Charity does not in anyway decrease the wealth & the servant who forgives, Allah adds to his respect; & the one who shows humility Allah elevates him in his estimation (of the poeple).
