Assam Anti Corruption forum is an organization for sharing one vision to free our Society from the root of corruption. The founder of the organization is Shri Suvansu Bora a RTI Activist and a renown social worker of Golaghat District of Assam, In the year 2005 he decided to take a stance against corruption and created “Assam Anti Corruption Forum” (AACF). Now presently it has many numbers of members around Assam and in different states of India. The main Aim of the organization to fight against corruption in our Society. Specially to stop corruption including to create a stat ravel “Anti Corruption Forum” to prosecution of Corrupt leaders to prevent corruption in every department from grassroots level. The organization mainly targeted the Panchayat level, Block level, District level & State level to rise the issue of corruption among the people. Accountability :- The organization determine our programme and other activities by membership fees & Donation. Our sources of Funding are made transparent as in our Records by annual budget, annual Audit Records by appointing internal Auditors. Our Mission :- The main aim of our organization is to stop corruption and to promote transparency accountability in our society. Our Core Value :- Transparency, Accountability, Integrity, Solidarity, Justice and Democratic ways. Our Guideline & Principles as follow :- To Fight against corruptions with out any interference of Third Party. We work honestly and accountability in our relationship with everyone we work with. We will be democratic. We will condemn Bribery and corruption. We will take a High level research for any remark in Newspapers & E-media. We will respect and encourage for Fundamental human Right & Freedom. Membership fees :- Life Membership Fees : Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) only. General Membership Fees : Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred) only valid for 2 yrs. Active Membership Fees : Rs. 100/- (One Hundred) one valid for 1 yrs. There is a provision for free membership during Training Programmes organized by AACF. The members of AACF will receive an Identity card after the membership. Board of Directors:- The Board of Director of AACF is to be selected or elected by the life members of the organization. The Board of Directors are responsible for determing our strategy and policy as well as supervising the activities of the organization everywhere, when ever necessary. Powers for Dissolving the state committee:- The state committee can be dissolved by send an information to the state president/State secretary with an official letter or by email by the Board of Directors & Advisers. (If required) The District Committee can be dissolved by the state president/State secretary if required on basis of complain by issuing a official letter or by e-mail. There is a provision for affiliation of other organization with AACF. Powers and function of State President/State Secretary:- The state President/State Secretary can appoint any member as there official in state committee/District Committee. All the members of District Committee can be appoint by the state president/ state secretary as required. The state President/State Secretary organized meeting as when required for the greater interest of the organization. The state President/State Secretary can ask the District committee for regular reporting of there activities with Photo’s by post or by uploading to Facebook/Assam Anti Corruption Forum. And also to submit the annual report. Social Media Campaign:- The Assam Anti corruption forum believes the publicity of social media and request the members to take the better use of social media for publicity strength. And request to upload there news or activities in facebook/Assam Anti Corruption forum.
