Assam Civil Service exam answer key erroneous: HC The Gauhati high court on Tuesday found the model answer key of the Assam Civil Service (ACS) combined competitive (preliminary) examination, 2013, to be erroneous. The court expressed its views while hearing a petition filed by examinee Manash Pratim Baruah who was declared failed in spite of answering some questions correctly. The erroneous model answer key was used to evaluate the answers scripts.
