Assembly will be required in order to move it, its very tall so it would have to be taken into 3 pieces but its very easy to put back together. I will include all the turtles and the shredder if purchased at asking price, the lair itself was $140.00 purchased at target or Christmas 2013 its been kept put up as my son doesnt play with toys very much and is in excellent condition. Each turtle was around 10-12$ these are the talking figures.
