Assistant Brand Manager Urgently required Assistant Brand Manager Roles: •Visiting the Stores of the Carried Brands as per the schedule sent and Approved by BM on Weekly bases. •Implementing store’s inspection process and report the visits •Receiving, Revising, & Approving Monthly Shift Schedules for all stores based on the company internal policy then handling to HR Dept. for uploading on system. •Monthly Follow Up with Maintenance Department on Stores requests Versus Budget. •Revising & Monitoring with HR the Daily Notifications and work on minimizing them. •Following up on implementing the missing bar code process. •Sending to IT the shipments sheet including codes and descriptions to be uploaded into the system one week prior every shipment . •Stock Movement Monitoring according to every store needs and sales volumes. •Assisting the HR Dept. in filling the stores team •Harsh follow up on staff uniform and staff inside the stores, window display materials prior shipments & shopping bags stocks and needs. •Checking with stores, that the pre physical count process is done correctly. •Preparing OTB reports as requested from B.M. •Updating Business plan sheet Monthly . Qualifications •BACHELORS DEGREE in any field . •MIN. 4-5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE in Sales field •STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS WITH ATTENTION TO DETAILS •STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Medical & Social insurance are provided, interested candidates should send their CVs on HR@Quattro-trading with a subject Assistant Brand Manager
