Assistant for CEO • Languages: • Excellent reading, writing and speaking skills in English and Arabic. • One year of professional experience in IT Field (preferred). • 2-4 years of experience in administration field. • Location: New Maadi - Job Responsibilities : 1. Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence. 2. Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment. 3. Arranging complex travel logistics. 4. Take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations. 5. Ensuring all deadlines issued to/for CEO are met. 6. Carry out background research and presentation findings. 7. Keeping CEO updated about the recent updates and local insurance news information. 8. Sending greetings in the different event. REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum of a bachelors degree and one year of professional experience, preferably with experience as an Executive Assistant. 2. Must have excellent reading, writing and speaking skills in English and Arabic. 3. Fluency with email/calendar programs (we use Google Apps for Business). 4. Excellent personal presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to meet and greet with staff and visitors at all levels of seniority. 5. Detail-oriented, a careful listener and reader. 6. Multi-tasking and project management skills: prioritizing, managing, and removing extraneous tasks and requests. 7. Must be responsive and meet deadlines. 8. Demonstrate attention to detail for undertaking background research and presenting findings. 9. Demonstrated commitment to achieving companys values and organizational behaviors.
