Astral projection refers to episodes of out-of-body experiences perceived as unfolding in environments other than the physical world. The travelling is done by an energetic counterpart of the physical body that separates from it and travels to one or more astral plane. We truly are energetic souls in physical bodies. I have had several OBEs in the past which were both induced from lucid dreams, and can testify to their validity and the significance they can have on our outlook of the world.
