Asymptotic to the event threshold -- Concept invented by US chrononaut Andrew D. Basiago to describe mathematically what happens when one goes back in time to kill ones grandfather or Adolf Hitler, namely, that one fails each time because one exists to make the attempt on ones grandfather and one knows who Hitler was so he must have survived all of ones attempts to kill him and risen to world power for one to know who he was in history and hence have a motive to kill him to prevent his horrendous impact on the world. Thought to present a solution to the Grandfathers Paradox.
