At 4:42, as I was finishing stuff up for the day, the database barfed again, this time for the second time on the same report. Ive done all the reporting, put the item in stasis in the database so the troubleshooters can examine it _in vivo_, as it were, and notified my boss. I also updated the analysis matrix were keeping on these things, hoping some pattern will emerge. Since Im called for jury duty next week, Ive also cleaned up every loose end I can find to keep from tripping my co-worker next week, since this will be the third time since July 1 that hes been on his own holding down the fort. (I wish hed take some of his vacation, painful as that would be! I feel guilty!) Some how, Im reluctant to shut things down, sure Im missing something.
