At Liberty Were looking for seasonal Income Tax Preparers to help us provide the value and service our tax customers have come to expect. Income Tax Professional duties include: • Passion for providing excellent customer service • The desire to work in a fun corporate culture that has close ties to the community • Conducting tax interviews with clients • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate tax returns • Ensuring client confidentiality and privacy • IRS audit support and attendance • Offering additional products and services • Willingness to grow the business through community relations, marketing efforts, and tax school. • Growing knowledge tax expertise • Other duties as assigned Minimum QualificationsEducation High school diploma or equivalent. Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance is preferred. Skills and Experience Experience necessary to apply may be acquired through the successful completion of the Liberty Income Tax Course, Liberty Tax Level Certification and Exam. Additional experience for this position is acquired through additional workshops and seminars. Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment.
