At Risk!!! This is Winston. He is located at the Knox County Animal Shelter again! He was adopted from our shelter and then surrendered through no fault of his own. We would really like to see him get into a rescue. Winston is 8 months old and listed as a Shepherd Mix but looks more retriever to me. He weighs 51 pounds. He LOVES people, and is a very sweet and playful pup who needs a lot of attention and room to run and play. He is good a playing fetch and loves a good belly rub. He is somewhat obnoxious with other dogs; however, he has not been properly socialized. To my knowledge he has not been tested with cats. He loves children. We need to get him out of that shelter and into a loving and commited home. Adoption fees at Knox County are $120. Rescue organizations can request a reduced pull fee.
