At Xtreme we appreciate any time we receive compliments and wanted to share a compliment we recieved on our services and driver Melissa. (I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the wonderful experience we had for our prom kids on May 11. As I had explained when I first inquired about your services, I nearly booked another service for our 16 kids. Things were questionable from the start and I just had a gut instinct that I should cancel shortly before I sent in my huge deposit. From the moment I spoke to YOUR representatives, I was at ease. They were always professional, courteous and thorough. As a parent, I appreciated your asking for emergency contacts. The driver for the night was excellent. She was prompt and stayed on schedule the entire evening. She was also very clear with her expectations and guidelines with the teenagers (but in a positive and humorous way that they connected with). Overall, it was a great experience for the kids and a big relief to the parents. I would highly recommend Extreme Transportation to anyone. Thank you. Kim C.)
