At around this time 8 years ago, I remember waking up earlier than normal several times and thinking, Today is it, I get to marry my love. I did that over and over, because I couldnt stay asleep. Looking back on that day, seeing my bride walk down the aisle, I couldnt help but think about how blessed I was to marry my favorite person in the world. Eight years later, on this very day, I again woke up several times earlier than normal... Only this time it was because our one and a half year son had trouble sleeping, because of his stuffy nose and awful cough. Each time I woke up to his cry or cough I would do everything to comfort him back to sleep, the I would look over to Ashlee on the other side of the bed and then look at Rocco who we let sleep between us last night and I would think, I am so glad I married my love. I cant imagine not being a part of this little family. Love, you are as stunning as the moment you walked down the aisle and more so. I never regret marrying you and I am forever thankful to God that He has blessed me with such an amazing wife and our adorable son. I love our family and the memories we have. I love the fact that we live together, side-by-side with our focus on Christ and what He has for us. I love that you are mine and I am yours. I adore you. Happy anniversary!
