At least 3 or 4 of our customers complained about AU Post not delivering parcel with pet food 21kg to his/her address. The explanation was given by AU Post office that the parcel is heavier than 16Kg and it requires a special lifting device...AU Post please sort this issue out if you are accepting up to 22Kg parcels we expect you deliver this for us and not just asking customer to drive to pickup ..the large parcel! We have advised affected customers to select on our website another courier (FastWay) which has no such problem.
