At my work, theres this tradition that the final week before winter break is Grazing Week. What is this?, you ask. For 5 days, teachers congregate in the staff lounge and eat. Its quite the gluttonous affair. There are breakfast casseroles, crockpots of meatballs, homemade cookies, store bought doughnuts, queso dips, and cracker platters. Ive joined in the fun for the past 10 years. This year, though, Ill be socializing with my friends, minus the treats. Here is my contribution: pizelles, sugar cookies, and.....chocolate covered pretzels that were dipped in peanut butter as well as chocolate coated ritz crackers!
