At nearly 1am I am so sleepy, but cant stop thinking about the man outside on the bank of the river. Its not the first time we have seen and heard him. He comes to the bank of the river and walks up and down the river talking to himself really loudly? Praying?? We cant quite figure it out. Is he homeless? Tonight he has a fire built close to the water and with glad light in hand he paces up and down talking. I cant make out what he is saying but he gets loud at times and then more quiet. Any one familiar with this? If I knew he was homeless we would take him a blanket and some food and clothes. But then in the back of my mind I wonder if hes crazy and unapproachable..?? Is he praying? Or chanting? You just never know these days. My curiosity is about to get the best of me. Would live to know if anyone else has encountered this person or has any information!
