At one time the Israelites sinned repeatedly against Jehovah making Him to withdraw His Presence from them lest He could have consumed them in His Wrath. It was at this time that the Israelites removed their ornaments and started mourning for their sins against the LORD. It was at this point that Moses realised that though he had walked with God for many years he didnt fully understand God nor did he knew His ways. He pleaded with God to reveal His ways to him that by walking in them Moses could gain favour before Him. Today,this is our problem too. May be we are there dancing and doing things as usual not knowing that the presence of God is not with us. The conflict between man and God is that man have not known the ways of God nor does he understand Him. It becomes a high time for us who want to walk with God without conflicts to Repent right and walk in His holy ways. The LORD JESUS came from heaven to earth to show us the way to Jehovah,it is a way of righteousness, the way of holiness and the way of spiritual purity. However,it is impossible to walk in this way if youve not repented right and be filled by the Spirit of Christ. The Spirit that overcame the earth and its seduction to sin.
