At the beginning of any yoga class, the teacher will ask you to - TopicsExpress

At the beginning of any yoga class, the teacher will ask you to set an intention or a mantra. Mantra is a Sanskrit word or formula that is chanted or sung as an incantation or prayer. Everyday during the summer my mantra was “to just be happy.” Before I left for Manchester, I often lost sight of my mantra because I was struggling to deal with the change of moving to a different country and starting a new life. At the beginning of the summer, I didn’t think I would have a problem leaving… but I did. I always thought admitting that I had a problem adapting to change meant I was weak, but it doesn’t. If I didn’t say that I miss the HPF yoga classes at CorePower Yoga, the teriyaki chicken from Kealanis, the chicken taquito and quesadilla burritos from Rauls Mexican Food, or the pomegranate and passion fruit boba slushies from Happy Berry Frozen Yogurt, then I would be lying. So, at the beginning of summer I decided to produce a short video about my summer in Encinitas. And, after countless hours of editing, I managed to produce this short, 3-minute video. Enjoy, and be sure to watch it in HD:
