At the gym leg day their the biggest muscles in the body doing trigger point therapy . My own leg workout consists of first. Squats - lying leg curls-leg press seated- straight leg dead lift- all around 10 reps - then 25 leg exstentions quads ..3 sets ... Then DTP on the leg curls lying x50..- leg exstentions x50 light weight Im buggered at this stage just did another 15 each with a added weight did couple minutes on tread mill try walking after your legs are pumped I know. Some laying down lifting ass off the floor with weights on your stomach thats for my ass . Some facing down front torso raisers in the machine and a couple minutes on the rowing machine thats all done Im now writing all this while sitting on the rowing machine having a rest . So I can workout longer other wise I would of gone home 30 min ago Ill repost when I think of what to do next
