At the moment the director is spending time booking the trainers for the new Therapeutic Mentoring Course which is starting in September 2014-May 2014. 7 fridays and saturdays of top quality training from National and International experts in working therapeutically with children and young people. So far we have confirmed Jon Blend MA who is well known in the gestalt psychotherapy world (e.g. he is training next week in Violet Oaklanders conference in the USA on child psychotherapy) We have Dr Renee Marks who is a well sought after international speaker, trauma expert and author about working with children in trauma. The line up continues… with some amazing Psychologists, professors and experts excited to be training this first cohort of therapeutic mentors. The course will be advertised officially soon…so watch this space… The costs look like they will be £80 a day/ £170 a 2 day module or £1500 for the whole course to gain an excellent qualification. (prices yet to be confirmed)
