At the official launch of the CXC’s five new generation subjects (Agricultural Science, Entrepreneurship, Performing Arts, Physical Education and Sport, and Tourism), it was noted that these subjects are in keeping with a challenge given to the CXC by the late Prime Minister of Barbados, Errol Barrow, back when the CXC was first formed and that was to Caribbeanise the curriculum being taught to students in this region.
