At this time 10 years ago I was being prepped for surgery. We met our little boy and named him August Pasquale Lockefeer after his two grandfathers, and late uncle. Gus was whisked away from me quickly to get his APGAR rating and then we didnt meet up again until I was recovery ... which just so happened to be a storage closet of all places! In looking back I truly was an indication of how our relationship was going to be ... Gus is adaptable and hes so much fun with a crazy sense of humor. Hes easy going and doesnt really care where he is as long as hes safe and loved. He is one of my favorite gifts in life. Happy 10th Birthday little man!
