At this time i wont say the name of the store in question .... i ordered a few appliances and saturday they were to be delivered . when the truck showed up the driver comes in asks where they were going to be placed in the kitchen .after showing him he returned to the truck started removing the box around the fridge and start throwing the pieces and showing alot of anger . he then grabbed the fridge leaned it back and started to aggressively banging it back and forth i comely went out side and said a few things to him and he said he does this every day it doesnt hurt the fridge .first i said youve been doing it wrong all this time then i said most delivery guys use a dolly so there no chance in damaging the fridge .he says do i deliver for a living i said no im smart enough to have a real job .he then says do you still want the items i said not to the fridge ,,, he says i cant believe we drove 65 miles for this . he packed up the appliances and drove away ... at this time still waiting on an answer from the store for what will happen next .if this store doesnt resolve this issue with these morons i will post which store this is . the driver even gave me the number to call to complain such a nice guy .
