At yesterdays Public Safety Meeting, we discussed Court Watch. So Volunteers are needed to show up in Monroe County Court in Judge Dinolfos courtroom by 9:30 AM on Monday March 3rd. At that time Rasaan Taylor will be arraigned for 2nd degree murder in the murder of Samuel Gibson. Mr. Gibson was 21 and the father of two young children. He was in a store on 1/31/14 at 199 Lyell Avenue and was shot after another group entered the store and there was an altercation. He later died from those injuries. This is all information gained from news articles and public records. If you plan to attend, wear a shirt/hat etc.. identifying yourself as being from the 19th ward or SW Rochester.
