Ate at Aiellos this evening. Waited a bit, but no problem as I realize and empathize with the perils of opening a LONG anticipated restaurant. It was worth the wait and worth every penny! Their pizza is the best I have ever had! ( Im an Italian gal too!) The family is functioning in all capacities behind the counter, and it is endearing to see the dad teaching the son how to top the pizzas! Take a breath, stop the how dare they run out of dough mentality, and enjoy an amazing meal..,., a good thing is really worth the wait!
