Athlete Cell is a company owned by Brian Mackenzie, creator of CrossFit Endurance. The Athlete Cell team has over 40 years of combined experience as athletes, coaches and educator. They have a well-chronicled list of athletes and teams they have influenced. You will experience a single training session on Friday evening and 3-4 sessions on each of Saturday and Sunday. You will be coached and properly warmed, informed of the movement standards and common faults, and then continuously given live feedback during the workout. They will break down your positions, analyze movement patterns for correction, give you take-aways for every element, and properly set you up for mobility and recovery afterwards. In making this process fluid and complete they are able to safely expose weaknesses and technique issues in a productive atmosphere that allows you to apply what youve learned immediately and throughout the camp.
