I have several projects pending for funding. However, this is one of 2 short horrors that will be produced for the purpose of major exposure, film festival circuit and major funding. My full and complete genre of film is horror. "NO REASON" consists of a 2 page script. There is not a lot of dialogue to this piece. The actors MUST be strong in front of the camera, easy to direct and feel very comfortable with improvisation. This will be a high intensity project. Jay Jay - Lead / FEMALE / 21 TO 32 Actress must have experience working in front of the camera. This is a very intense role which will require the actress to have a strong presence on camera. She also must have the ability to improvise comfortably on screen. Shawn - Lead / MALE / 21 TO 32 Actor must have experience working in front of the camera. This is a very intense role which will require the actor to have a strong presence on camera as one of the Leads. He also must have the ability to improvise comfortably on screen. Story Line: Spending the day together brought joy to best friends, Shawn and Jay Jay. After their car breaks down on a dark road, they instantly realize that they are not alone as they become preyed upon in the darkness. One false move could be their last.
