The applicable official homepage for the ECHOSYSTEMS that called appears to be: https://earthdata.nasa.gov/echo/echo-systems Focusing on this webpage is causing an observable increase in activity among the Organized Stalkers -- IT IS RECOMMENDED & REQUESTED TO WHOMEVER IT MAY CONCERN TO MAKE IMMEDIATE BACKUP COPIES -- From that webpage, as of 8/17th/2014, 2:12 p.m. CST: ECHO Operations The ECHO Operational system is a production system which serves the needs of the Earth Science community. The Data Holdings within this system include those which ECHOs Data Partners have made available for use by the Earth Science community. Resources The following resources are available for the ECHO Operational system: Reverb - https://reverb.echo.nasa.gov OpenSearch API - https://api.echo.nasa.gov/opensearch SOAP API Documentation - https://api.echo.nasa.gov/echo/apis.html Search & Ingest REST API Documentation - https://api.echo.nasa.gov/catalog-rest/ General REST API Documentation - https://api.echo.nasa.gov/echo-rest/ Ingest Documentation - https://api.echo.nasa.gov/ingest/ Provider User Management Tool (PUMP) - https://api.echo.nasa.gov/pump/ ECHO Ingest Accounting Tool (EIAT) - https://echo.nasa.gov/eiat Support The ECHO Operational system is supported by the ECHO Operations Team, in conjunction with the ECHO Database, Development, and System Administration teams. Automatic monitoring systems are used to continually monitor the Operational system. Any system failures will result in an immediate notification to the ECHO Team and elicit an immediate response. Questions regarding the Operational system should be sent to echo @ echo.nasa.gov and a member of the ECHO Operational team will assist in your needs. Ingest Guidelines The ECHO Operational system continually ingests submitted metadata files to keep its holdings up to date with the holdings of each Data Partner. The ECHO Operations team works with each Data Partners data management group in order to discuss changes in metadata submission rates or rejections which occur during ingest. All questions specifically regarding ingest should be directed to the ECHO Operations Team (echo-ingest @ echo.nasa.gov). Discovery Guidelines The ECHO Operational system contains data holdings which are made available through the efforts of both Data Partners and the ECHO Team. Access restrictions for data are managed solely by the corresponding data partners. These rules are subject to change according to the policies of the owning Data Partner. Data discovery is achieved completely within the ECHO system and, subsequently, performance is linked to the system load at any given time. The ECHO team is continually monitoring the performance of the system and improving internal querying methods. ECHO Client Partners are encouraged to utilize the best practices outlined within the Client Partners portion of this website. All questions regarding data discovery should be directed to the ECHO Operations team (echo @ echo.nasa.gov) for support. Ordering Guidelines The ECHO Operational system contains data which is available online or through numerous delivery methods (ftp pull, dvd, etc...) Each Operational Data Provider configures their data and order policies within ECHO to facilitate requests for data. All orders placed in the Operational mode will be submitted directly to the appropriate Data Partners for fulfillment. Unless prior arrangements are made, all submitted orders will be treated as a real request for data. Once an order has been successfully submitted, the orderer can expect to be contacted by the Data Partners who are fulfilling the order. If ECHO is unable to successfully submit the order, the orderer can expect to be contacted by ECHO. Once communication has been made by a Data Partner, specific questions regarding the order should be directed to that data centers user services group. {Technical File Info: MVIs 3551 (privatized) + 3552 + 3553 (1st part) – all 3 recorded on 8/15th/2014 & uploaded in merged video (youtu.be/3m0XQxin9TA) on 8/17th/2014.
