Attempted house robbery yesterday, Langeman area. 3 Black male suspects, homeowner caught the suspects and in the process of defending himself managed exceedingly well to damage one of the suspects well enough to make that gentleman permanently recognizable and just a little blind in one eye. (Wonders what a sharp poke in the eye with a key can do in a defensive situation) Unfortunately the remaining 2 suspects joined the fray and the gentleman was obliged to let the suspect flee with his cohorts. As always, keep a wary eye on the streets this time of year for suspicious characters and report them to the patrol vehicle immediately.
