Attempts by the Jubilee Administration to give President Uhuru positive publicity by “appearing” in every development project around the country will fall short of “repairing” the already damaged image of him being anti-Devolution…..one cannot cover the numerous subsequent legislation passed with an aim to water-down gains made in devolution…..the “joke” of retaining the defunct Provincial Administration giving them Dictatorial powers to interfere with duly elected County Governments will not “disappear”…….the perennial problems of insecurity, tribal appointments, massive unemployment and the mess that is the IEBC will not “evaporate in thin air”…these issues must be addressed Head-on…Since Jubilee refused the diplomatic approach of dialogue, Referendum is our best option…let Kenyans decide….
