Attended my last school board meeting prior to the election. Its been a great experience and regardless of the outcome, Im glad that I went through the process. With that said, I encourage everyone to go vote. I realize that there arent many issues/candidates on the ballot but its worth making a trip to our voting precinct. Too many times we are content with sitting out elections and then being dissatisfied with the results. I have a feeling that this is one of the reasons we find things politically messy on the national level. One of my favorite high school teachers (Mr. Vrettos) would always tell us that it was Our God given right. Id like to think that we will take advantage of that right and make a quick trip to our voting precinct. --Good night all.
