Attended the BIENNIAL GENERAL MEETING (BGM) of the: Dashghar Union Progoti Trust (DUPT), where I was the ASSISTANT TREASURER. I am happy to announce that after a long and difficult discussion a new committee has been selected. The main job of this TRUST is to raise funds to support the poor students to pay their education fees, whose parents cannot afford to pay. This Trust works within the boundary of the Dashghar Union only in the district of SYLHET, in Bangladesh Since 1998, the Trust has raised thousands of pounds and distributed among hundreds of poor children. In 2012, the total recipient was 142 children. In 2013 the total recipient was 90 Children who received support from this Trust.
