As part of our business expansion to venture in the food industry, we are bringing in the Philippines “PAUL”, a chain of Boulangerie Restaurants from France. Below are our openings for “PAUL” restaurant 1. PASTRY CHEF / CHIEF BAKER • Preferably with two years experience in a comparable position • Good command of English language • Ability to work long hours and under pressure • Attention to detail and patience • Ability to bake • Artistic ability and creativity • Stress resistant • A flexible and motivated team player 2. PASTRY/BAKER COMM • Fresh grads are welcome • Good command of English language • Ability to work long hours and under pressure • Attention to detail and patience • Ability to bake • Stress resistant • Can be assigned for opening or closing shifts RESTAURANT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Administration or Food Technology • With at least 1-2 years’ worth of experience in a managerial or supervisory position in a food service or food retailing establishment of an international brand • Knowledge of HACCP and other food quality standards management procedures • Interest and knowledge in culinary/pastry arts would be an advantage • Resourceful and able to provide solutions to different situations • Strong communications and operations management skills SOUS CHEF Graduate from a culinary school With at least 3 years experience as chef Preferably with experience as a Sous Chef / Culinary Professional in food retail of an international brand Experience with pastry and bakery operations an advantage Attention to detail; ability to bake; artistic and creative
