Attention Danbury/Bethel residents: DO NOT GO TO SALZ PIZZA IN BETHEL, CT!!! Today, Bruce Ross, the part owner and general manager of SALZ in Bethel, physically assaulted one of his young female employees today. He got in a fight with his chef, the chef left and Bruce blamed the female employee for the shortcomings of the chef. He cornered her and started to yell. When she told him to get out of her face, he grabbed her by the neck and dragged her out of the restaurant. He was so forceful that the sole of her sneaker separated from her shoe as he dragged her across the floor to the front door. A patron with her children watched this and called the police. The Bethel police charged him with breach of peace and gave him a summons to appear. According to the police department, this is not the first offense for Mr. Ross. Is this someone that you really want to support with your business? Just some food for thought the next time you have a pizza craving.
