Attention Indian head area parents, possible child predator out there. *A personal freind of mine noticed this guy TAKING PICTURES OF HER KIDS while they were in the yard playing. he was in a newer green honda civic with a sunroof, White male, dark curly hair that goes about to the middle of his neck, & a salt & pepper Goatee. ALSO a child that rides the bus with her children had an incident with this guy as well. only he was driving a white van, and had ended up offering her a ride to school. He likes to wear a baseball cap sometimes, and is between 40-50yrs old. Please share
