Meet Up Place: Ilocostop Bacarra Road Laoag City Assembly Time: 4:30 am November 29, 2014 Take Off Time: 5:00 am November 29, 2014 Note: 1. Be sure that your MCs are roadworthy (in good condition). 2. Wear your Safety Riding Gears 3. Dont forget to bring your Rain Gears (because of unpredictable weather at the extreme north). 4. If you have your MRO vest already...please dont forget to wear it. Riders from Bacarra to Pagudpud will be tagged along Maharlika Highway in their suggested meeting points... we are requesting the riders from these municipalities to please comment regarding this matter...thanks sirs & madams.
