Sales Manager wanted: Requirements: -Associates Degree or higher. - 2-5 years in sales management -Exceptional leadership and management skills -Highly motivated and results driven -Must be at least 25 years old -U.S Citizen -Flexible to work 5+ days per week based on a 40-hr. work week. (8am-8pm is the range of hours) Sales managers must have proven personal sales skills so that they can act as mentors and trainers to their team. They must also have good interpersonal skills to manage their team effectively and collaborate with other departments, and leadership.. To plan sales area of operation and allocate sales resources to achieve targets, they require good organizational skills. Strong financial and analytical skills are essential to setting sales targets and monitoring performance. These managers must have good communication skills to instruct the sales team on products, customer service, prospecting, facility tours, and closing techniques. Applicants must posses the skills to hire and train other sales associates to perform the task of prospecting, tours, and setting appointments. Applicants are required to perform a working interview that is a two part process that will consist of prospecting customers with-in a 5-mile radius and setting appointments for the those leads. This position is in the fitness industry but does not require fitness experience, all techniques what apply will be taught to you. This is a must fill position with incredible earning potential for highly motivated individuals who are willing to put forth the required effort. Compensation plan to include bonuses and commissions will be discussed directly following the working interview based on your performance.
