Attention NY 305 racers the Rolling Wheels tomorrow is not RACESAVER © sanctioned however it will be an open 305 show. I did personally speak with French tonight and there had been some misinformation passed along. There will be a minimal re tech required before competing at the next RACESAVER © sanctioned event you run. The tech French Grimes agreed to can be done with the motor in the car and requires checking of valve springs using a bore scope to make sure the heads and springs are in the same configuration as your original RACESAVER © tech. In speaking with French there will be no prejudice held against anyone who competes in this "open" show. However that minimal re tech will be required. Drivers participating tomorrow are supposed to be receiving a paper explaining all of this.
