Attention: Spiritual Warrior Athletes, like any truly good and mentally tough wrestler is, other types of sports can transform you to the level Of the Spiritual Warrior Athlete, but there is something special and unique to a wrestler due to physical difficulty that a good wrestler has to transcend, and once a wrestler has transcended the physical by transcending and fully utilizing the mental, this is where tenacity and perseverance, mental states, also describes as character strengths, come into consideration, so these mental, character strengths necessarily allow one to transcend to the level of the spiritual, that of the Spiritual Warrior Athlete, like a Marine; once a Marine, always a Marine; once a Spiritual Warrior Athlete, always, a Spiritual Warrior Athlete ; also, once Spiritual Warrior Athlete Wrestle ; well, you get the idea; always a Spiritual Warrior Wrestle ; we are not quite like Marines, especially Marine Force Recon, special forces for Marines, the badest bad asses of the bad ass Marines, as we dont conduct combat in which it is likely that many of our team mates may actually die physically, so, Spiritual Warrior Athletes are like Marines, minus the probability of literally dying- --1,2,3,4 United States Marine Corp--- Sempher Fi, Marines, and Spiritual Warrior Athletes, especially Spiritual Warrior Athlete Wrestlers! Doug E. Fresh!!!!!!! Secretariat, my four-legged athletic mentor, this post is in your honor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lightening on wheels-----or legs -----when powered by Doug E. Fresh, all 217 lbs of my power, mostly in my legs; I was an amazing leg wrestler, once I had you entangled in my legs, there was no hope for you---- also those legs in my late 40s and early 50s--- when I was pumping iron, could squat over 750 pounds in weights--- 20 reps!!! Hence, the power sufficient to propel me forward on a good racing bike at age 59 @ 23-25 Miles per Hour for over an hour straight and continuous at roughly 160 heart beats per minute and pushing harder--- as I pass my meager, want-to-be competition, and sprinting, so as to make a statement, and in so doing, probably at 190 heart beats for a few minutes, and then back down to 160 heart beats a minute (HBM). I once had a cardiologist say that I have an athletic heart like a racing through breed horse (my Oncologist/Hematologist said my heart is perfect after ultra-sound for the heart was done too)---- like my 4 legged legendary mentor---- Secretariat---- who in one of his races---- where he won the Triple Crown, I think, The Belmont, each furlong, roughly 220 yards, Secretariat, ran each of those furlongs faster than the last, and won that race by more than 19, or much more, as I recall, lengths, no horse had ever and has never done that before. After he had died 25- plus years later, Veterinarians, D.V.Ms---discovered that his heart was one and one half times larger than the average race horse! Well, Secretariat, in your honor, my great mentor, I envision you in that famous Triple Crown race--- that you won so overwhelmingly, passing all your competitors, and leaving them in your literal dust ----as your massive thighs, and hindquarters drenched and enveloped your competitors with that dust, as you so effortlessly pass that meager competition, on to victory---- and on into history---- and on to eternal legendary status----forever, and forever, and forever!!!!! This is what I think of as I pass my hopeless competition on my thunderous racing bike as each stroke or pumping of my legs, contort and twist my steel alloy, or micro- carbon fiber bike frame (forgotten, which, I think the later)----- in an upward and downward trusting of those massively powerful legs, especially, my thighs---- on to victory over myself, the part of me that wants to listen to my weaker side who wants me to quit, me, quit, no, never!!!!!!!!! So, forever onward and upward----- to that complete victory, again, over myself!!!! This, again, is what I do on Facebook--- too!!!
